Sir Ronald Cohen is a preeminent international philanthropist, venture capitalist, private equity investor, social innovator, and vanguard of the global impact investing revolution. He was co-founder and Executive Chairman of Apax Partners Worldwide LLC, and has chaired numerous global initiatives on impact investment. Today, he is the Chairman of the Global Steering Group on Impact Investing (GSG) (which followed the G8 Social Impact Investment Task Force, which he led); Chairman and co-Founder of The Portland Trust; co-founder of Social Finance UK, US, and Israel; co-founder of Bridges Fund Management UK and US, and Bridges Ventures Israel; and co-founder of Big Society Capital.
